1. Acceptance & Agreement

By using the l89b website and mobile app (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

A valid account is required to place bets on l89b. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. If an account is opened with false or misleading details, l89b reserves the right to suspend that account and forfeit the balance.

• Each individual may only register one account.
• Opening multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address, or device is strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number provided at registration must be verified.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before any withdrawal.
• A national ID or passport along with a selfie must be submitted for KYC verification.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

All bets placed on l89b are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled, unless accepted due to a platform technical error. The following betting rules apply at all times:

2. In live betting, odds can change in an instant; the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are considered final.
3. If a match is cancelled or incomplete, l89b will settle bets in accordance with the applicable rules.
4. Betting on two opposing outcomes of the same event (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.
5. L89b reserves the right to investigate any suspicious bet and cancel it if necessary.
6. In the event of any dispute over bet settlement, l89b's decision shall be final.

Any attempt to engage in match fixing or other fraudulent betting will result in permanent account closure, and the relevant authorities may be notified.

5. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

L89b currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The payment rules are as follows:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Typically within 1–24 hours
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if no wagering activity has been completed on deposited funds.
• L89b does not charge any additional fees on payment transactions; however, your mobile banking provider's own charges may apply.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

L89b offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which should be read carefully before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: Up to 150% on your first deposit. Wagering requirements must be met to withdraw bonus funds.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds typically require a wagering turnover of 10–20 times the bonus amount.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other bonuses unless explicitly stated.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the l89b platform and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonus offers.
• Opening or verifying an account using another person's identity documents.
• Using betting software, bots, or automation tools.
• Exploiting any platform vulnerability or technical error.
• Attempting to hack the system or gain unauthorized access.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Engaging in fraudulent behavior toward other users.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

L89b may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If a security breach is suspected.
• Upon instruction from a court or regulatory authority.
